Terms and Conditions

• Residential clients only
• Promotional rate applies to a single clog cleaned using the cabling method only
• Applies to clogs in sinks, tubs, and toilets inside the home, or clogged sewer or main line
• Toilet removal and re-installation not included
• Applies to services provided between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays
• Drains and cleanouts must be reasonably accessible. We do not cable through roof vents.
• Sewer or main drain cleanout must be 3″ or larger, plug or cover joined to an opening in the pipe that can be removed.
• Height Restrictions: All repairs must be on the 1st or 2nd floor.
• If we can’t clear your blockage by cabling method we will not charge you.
• We do not provide services to buildings taller than ten stories, area drains, deck drains, patio drains, roof drains, yard drains, or rain gutters.
