Rubber seals are an important part of your plumbing. They connect your pipes to fixtures and appliances, like the toilet or sink, that need a watertight seal in order for them to work properly-and must be replaced when they wear out over time; become loose and break down because they’re old; or start leaking from cracks as their age advances. When these parts fail on you it’s obvious: first signs can include condensation around appliances such as refrigerators or dishwashers (or puddles under faucets) caused by escaping air bubbles due to worn gaskets that allow moisture into tiny leaks below ground level—something else you’ll notice is standing water near sinks!
